Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Coordinate closely with PM, Operation, Supply Chain, Procurement, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance standards and safety protocols within the warehouse.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and systematic tracking of materials and finished goods.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics and procurement workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and procurement.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional departments.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
