Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of fashion merchandise
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to prevent stock discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders to retail outlets
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory data with ERP systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, operational efficiency, and cost metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve operational challenges
- Knowledge of fashion retail inventory management practices
- Valid forklift operation certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
