Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits to maintain high accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with transport teams and suppliers to schedule shipments and resolve logistical issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by strictly adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Update and maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock movements and inventory logs.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand material requirements and facilitate smooth material flow.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks, standing for extended periods, and lifting moderate weights.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced MNC environment and adapt to changing priorities.
