As Warehouse Executive, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate material flow, conduct regular inventory audits, and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Coordinate logistics for multiple project sites ensuring timely material delivery
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout for operational efficiency
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on safety protocols and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and transport partners
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead teams and resolve operational conflicts
- Experience in cross-functional project coordination
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
