Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of goods in and out of the facility.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and package customer orders for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and perform regular stock counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods as required by the job.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
