Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet 3PL KPIs.
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external carriers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain compliance with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and warehouse security protocols.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, process orders, and generate operational reports.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to company quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for operational workflow improvements and cost-reduction initiatives within the warehouse facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory control, and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
