Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of cybersecurity hardware products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation to prevent discrepancies and losses.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and seamless supply chain operations.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, 5S standards, and quality control procedures.
- Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools to track shipments and optimise workflow efficiency.
- Generate operational reports on inventory levels, cycle counts, and productivity metrics for management review.
- Supervise and mentor junior warehouse staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support process improvement initiatives andAd-hoc projects related to warehouse automation and technology integration.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with barcode scanning, RFID systems, or automated sorting equipment is highly advantageous.
