Tanggung Jawab
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas.
- Accurately stack and organize inventory in high-density storage racks and floor locations according to warehouse layouts.
- Perform daily pre-operational equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled safely to prevent product damage or personal injury.
- Assist warehouse supervisors with physical inventory counts, stock replenishment, and documentation of material movements.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or faulty equipment within the warehouse premises to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring that aisles and loading docks are clear of obstructions.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to prioritize tasks and meet daily shipping schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid TESDA NC II Certification for Forklift Operation.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions (warm or cold storage environments).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for navigating narrow warehouse aisles.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 25kg when necessary.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality and professional conduct.
