As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on the sales floor and in storage areas, playing a vital role in our mission to provide world-class products to our members. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations within the Frozen and Chilled sections, ensuring product availability and presentation standards.
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols and monitor refrigeration equipment to ensure food safety and quality compliance.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and oversee stock replenishment processes to minimize shrinkage and spoilage.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound deliveries and outbound stock movement efficiently.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding merchandise handling, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, team performance, and operational KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse or inventory supervision, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of cold chain management and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
