Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack orders for live plants, gardening tools, and retail products
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation for perishable items
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize order fulfillment workflows
- Handle fragile botanical items with specialized care techniques
- Participate in receiving, unloading, and quality-checking incoming shipments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20kg
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Knowledge of plant handling/horticulture is advantageous
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
