The SCommerce team powers Shopee's logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey for every order placed on our platform. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Warehouse Functional Lead to oversee specific operational functions within our Singapore warehouse hub.
In this role, you will take full ownership of your designated area, whether it is Inbound, Outbound, Returns Management, or Inventory Control. You will be the primary driver of performance, safety, and quality within your function. Your days will be dynamic, involving deep dives into operational data to identify bottlenecks, leading daily stand-ups with your team, and collaborating with neighboring functions to optimize the overall flow of goods. You will be crucial in scaling our operations, implementing new technologies, and standardizing processes across the network.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse associates and team leads, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end workflow for a specific warehouse function (Inbound, Outbound, Returns, or Inventory).
- Analyze operational metrics and data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Transport, Operations Excellence) to support volume fluctuations and new initiatives.
- Manage inventory accuracy and implement robust cycle counting and audit mechanisms.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and automation within your functional area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity with strong people management skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced Excel; SQL or other data visualization tools (Tableau) is a strong plus.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
