Are you an experienced operations leader ready to drive excellence in the fast-paced e-commerce logistics industry? Shopee is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Functional Lead to oversee our distribution operations in Biñan, Laguna. In this critical role, you will be the strategic owner of our warehousing ecosystem, ensuring that the flow of goods—from inbound to outbound and reverse logistics—is seamless and efficient. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, operational safety, and facility maintenance while leading a diverse team to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end warehousing operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound delivery.
- Manage reverse logistics (returns) processes to ensure timely processing and disposition of returned items.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and operations staff to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Implement and monitor warehouse maintenance schedules to ensure facilities and equipment remain in optimal condition.
- Analyze operational KPIs and metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or functional lead capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational SLAs and performance targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities.
