Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize losses
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety compliance
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Develop and maintain warehouse safety protocols and operational procedures
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse resources including equipment, space, and technology utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methods
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in team development and performance management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment
