Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials accurately and efficiently.
- Manage, train, and evaluate a team of warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and improve inventory turnover.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time, conduct regular stock audits, and resolve any discrepancies or shortages.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, OSHA safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement departments to forecast demand and optimize supply chain processes.
- Leverage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments, manage data, and generate performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, shipping procedures, and logistics software.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
