Are you an experienced logistics leader ready to take the helm of operations at a leading industry player? Duniatex Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Head to join our dynamic team in Jawa Tengah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our warehousing facilities, ensuring that our inventory processes are streamlined, accurate, and cost-effective.
As a key member of our operations team, you will drive process improvements, ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards, and mentor a high-performing warehouse staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal stock turnover and reducing waste.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, morale, and safety compliance.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the warehouse facility.
- Coordinate with transport providers and internal departments to resolve logistics issues promptly.
- Conduct regular audits of stock and warehouse equipment to maintain accuracy and functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the manufacturing or textile industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
