- Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate and supervise the dispatch process to guarantee timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory logs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
