Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily workflow of the warehouse and hub operations to ensure timely processing of shipments and logistics.
- Optimize logistics processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Enforce strict safety compliance protocols and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless inventory flow.
- Manage facility maintenance schedules to ensure equipment and infrastructure are in optimal condition.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements for inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing operational KPIs effectively.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and facility management procedures.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks as required.
