HRTx Inc is seeking a proactive Warehouse & IMPEX Assistant to join our growing team in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods from import/export documentation through to final warehouse storage and distribution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing of goods.
- Manage import and export (IMPEX) documentation and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent discrepancies and ensure stock availability.
- Prepare accurate shipping manifests, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate with local carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and warehouse audits to maintain high standards of inventory integrity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or import/export logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong understanding of Philippine customs procedures and import/export documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
