Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and optimize stock levels.
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, transport) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory status, and team performance for management review.
- Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization, equipment maintenance, and overall facility upkeep.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with logistics software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
