Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against system inventory records.
- Manage and process incoming purchase orders and update tracking systems accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and identify overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse storage areas for efficient retrieval.
- Generate detailed inventory reports for management review on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure inventory data aligns with current market demand.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and warehouse operational policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Valenzuela City.
