- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with ERP systems
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to forecast material requirements
- Enforce quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations
- Train and lead warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to enhance efficiency
- Generate inventory reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management or inventory control
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/WMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO principles and quality standards
- Experience leading teams in manufacturing or food production environments
- Ability to analyze inventory data and implement corrective actions
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
