Bounty Fresh Food Inc. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, ensuring that all raw materials are accurately monitored, readily available, and strictly compliant with our high-quality standards.
As our Warehouse & Inventory Control Supervisor, you will lead the charge in optimizing warehouse operations, minimizing stock discrepancies, and streamlining material flow to meet production demands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the integrity of our inventory systems and ensure that our production lines never skip a beat. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Monitor raw material availability against production schedules to prevent supply shortages.
- Enforce strict quality control standards for incoming materials and warehouse storage conditions.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, providing training and ensuring adherence to safety and company protocols.
- Maintain systematic records and generate timely reports on inventory movement and stock levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies, FIFO/FEFO principles, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a warehouse team.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict production deadlines.
