Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Perform regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using internal software systems.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage procedures for efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse coordination or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
