PT Satu Dental Indonesia is a rapidly growing dental care network dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible dental services across the region. We are currently seeking a highly organized and strategic Warehouse & Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our clinical operations run seamlessly by overseeing our central warehouse and managing inventory accuracy. You will lead supply chain logistics, optimize storage solutions, and implement best practices to support our expanding network of dental clinics. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, distribution, and inventory control of dental and medical supplies.
- Develop and implement robust inventory management processes and WMS protocols to ensure maximum stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics and timely distribution of supplies to various clinic branches.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Clinical Operations teams to forecast demand, prevent stockouts, and manage supply lifecycles.
- Analyze warehouse spatial design and layout to maximize storage efficiency and operational safety.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Warehouse or Inventory Management, preferably within healthcare, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Strong expertise in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing warehouse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and branch managers.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara.
