Join FR Development Asia's dynamic supply chain team as Warehouse/Inventory Manager and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role oversees end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring optimal inventory control, efficient space utilization, and seamless coordination between procurement, production, and distribution teams. You'll implement lean inventory practices, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records to minimize discrepancies and support business growth. The position requires strategic oversight of warehouse staff, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Oversee warehouse staff training, performance, and safety compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to align inventory levels
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Analyze inventory data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse/inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Certification in logistics or supply chain (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (due to company operations)
