As the Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end inventory processes, from stock receiving and cold storage organization to final dispatch. You will lead a team of warehouse personnel, utilizing your expertise to minimize shrinkage, optimize storage space, and ensure all records are perfectly aligned with physical stock levels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse inventory activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular physical cycle counts and perform thorough reconciliations against digital records.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
- Monitor cold storage temperatures and conditions to ensure product quality and integrity.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly to maintain 99%+ stock accuracy.
- Generate and present accurate inventory reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment in accordance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control, preferably in a cold storage or FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or ERP software.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and experience in supervising warehouse personnel.
- Deep understanding of stock control methodologies, FIFO/LIFO, and warehouse safety regulations.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work in a cold storage environment in Navotas City.
