We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Leader to oversee our upcoming high-impact projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatching.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and rigorous stock audits.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency and space utilization.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely supply chain execution.
- Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to manage diverse teams.
- Deep knowledge of safety regulations and operational excellence methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by project timelines.
