- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through task delegation and performance coaching
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics or factory warehouse operations
- Proven ability to manage physical goods flow and inventory systems
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and procedures
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing
