Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of food products.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of import shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Supervise loading and unloading processes to ensure safety and compliance with food handling standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout to improve picking speed and general operational efficiency.
- Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and packing lists for local deliveries.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock takes to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures is a major advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and basic inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate with warehouse staff.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in an active warehouse environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Valid driving license or forklift certification is considered a significant plus.
