Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and label products accurately for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stocktakes, and inventory management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies in inventory immediately.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level education or equivalent professional qualification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 15kg) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, if required.
