- Manage receiving of incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions
- Organize and maintain clean, safe warehouse storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and shipping issues
Kualifikasi
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
