In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our FMCG products are managed, stored, and distributed with maximum efficiency.
You will lead our warehouse team, optimize inventory accuracy, and streamline logistics workflows to meet the fast-paced demands of the consumer goods industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of FMCG products.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to achieve 99%+ accuracy levels.
- Manage logistics planning and delivery schedules to ensure timely customer fulfillment and minimize lead times.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and high performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics costs, warehouse throughput, and delivery reliability.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, sanitation standards, and operational policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and manufacturing departments to align stock levels with demand forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, demand planning, and distribution network optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
