Tanggung Jawab
- <ul><li>Oversee and manage all daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.</li><li>Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy of stock levels and minimize discrepancies.</li><li>Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records, investigating and resolving variances.</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.</li><li>Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to enhance operational flow and productivity.</li><li>Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, production) to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational deadlines.</li><li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse and logistics activities.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management and logistics operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior executive role.</li><li>Proven expertise in inventory control, stock management, and warehouse optimization techniques.</li><li>Strong understanding of local and international logistics processes and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
