Quanta Paper Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee our operations in Mandaluyong City. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of FMCG products.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews, providing ongoing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock counts, cycle counting procedures, and reconciliation of stock reports.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery schedules and resolve any logistical bottlenecks.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and local labor laws.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage processes to maximize space utilization, improve workflow efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if required.
