Pacificrose Shipping Services Inc is currently looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Man to oversee our daily warehouse operations. As a vital part of our logistics department, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods from receiving to dispatch while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate tracking of stock, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently. We value accuracy and efficiency, so you will play a key role in maintaining inventory records and conducting regular stock counts. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Organize, store, and retrieve inventory in designated areas using proper shelving and labeling systems.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Report damaged goods, missing items, or system errors to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Warehouse Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is preferred.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy packages.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
