Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain strict safety protocols and security measures to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
- Analyze logistics data and operational metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of productivity, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding inventory status, shipments, and warehouse performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
