Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all inbound and outbound activities are completed on schedule.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Coordinate seamlessly with logistics providers, procurement, and transport teams to optimize delivery timelines.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counts, regular audits, and system reconciliation.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify bottlenecks in the warehouse flow and drive efficiency improvements through process optimization.
- Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) data entry and generate comprehensive reports for management review.
- Optimize storage space utilization and maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse operational teams.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and warehouse best practices (FIFO, LIFO, 5S).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and operational accuracy.
