Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Train warehouse staff on proper procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
