Are you a logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence? Consumer Reach Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team in Lubao, Pampanga. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our warehouse operations run with maximum efficiency and precision.
As our Warehouse Manager, you will lead the end-to-end flow of goodsâfrom the moment inventory arrives to the final dispatch of orders. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment, capable of optimizing storage, enhancing fulfillment speeds, and maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure 100% accuracy and minimize losses.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards (5S) throughout the facility.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Streamline warehouse workflows to reduce operational costs and improve throughput.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met according to company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to operational challenges.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lubao, Pampanga.
