Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
- Implement and maintain rigorous SOPs to minimize inventory discrepancies and process errors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability.
- Manage delivery schedules and logistics coordination to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and quality control checks.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management best practices and inventory control software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational efficiency and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
