Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team through effective coaching and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and OHS compliance standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations with transportation partners
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum space utilization
- Oversee cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Deep knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
