Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to take the helm of a dynamic warehouse operation? DM Dasher is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our facility in Clementi. As our Warehouse Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the end-to-end spectrum of our warehouse operations. We are in an exciting growth phase, and you will be tasked with setting up our systems to scale effectively, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that our logistics backbone is robust enough to meet increasing demand. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated warehouse team to ensure productivity and safety standards are consistently met.
- Develop and implement innovative process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and rigorous documentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse hygiene, organization, and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics partners to streamline the supply chain and improve lead times.
- Prepare performance reports and operational KPIs for management review to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to scale operations in a growing business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Familiarity with Singaporean safety regulations and best practices in logistics.
