Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and outbound dispatch.
- Manage and maintain optimal temperature control and cold chain integrity across all facility zones.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure peak operational productivity and team morale.
- Implement and monitor robust inventory management systems to ensure 99% accuracy in stock levels.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance) within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with procurement and transport departments to streamline the flow of goods.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse KPIs, inventory movement, and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the cold chain or food logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cold storage operations, inventory management software (WMS), and logistics best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by logistics schedules.
