We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and keeping inventory and logistics running smoothly. As a key member of DPO Food and Tradings Inc, you will oversee daily warehouse operations in Talisay City, Cebu. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently and safely.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimized routing.
- Manage warehouse budget and resources, including equipment and supplies.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in food distribution.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS, ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in warehousing.
- Willingness to work in Talisay City, Cebu.
