Progressive Laboratories is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics and inventory operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of both Raw Materials (RMs) and Finished Goods (FGs). We are looking for a strategic leader who can optimize our supply chain processes, maintain high safety standards, and drive operational excellence.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee a dynamic team, implement best practices for inventory control, and coordinate closely with our production and logistics departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of Raw Materials (RMs) and Finished Goods (FGs).
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity, adherence to safety protocols, and professional development.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies, prevent losses, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to forecast inventory needs, optimize storage space, and streamline workflow.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness to maintain a professional environment.
- Handle logistics coordination to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to clients and internal departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in managing the receipt, storage, and handling of Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse warehouse team effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
