Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products.
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics and supply chain role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory audits.
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to liaise with various departments.
- Valid for work in the Philippines (Metro Manila).
