Join AMCA Finefoods Inc. as a Warehouse Manager and lead our supply chain operations in Cainta, Rizal. This critical role oversees end-to-end warehouse management, ensuring seamless inventory control, efficient distribution, and optimal logistics flow. You'll drive operational excellence by implementing best practices for storage, handling, and tracking of goods while maintaining strict quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- Lead warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely product delivery to retail and distribution channels
- Develop and maintain warehouse safety protocols and compliance procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum space utilization and efficiency
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align inventory forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams of 5+ personnel
- Knowledge of OHS standards and warehouse safety regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for inventory tracking
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Experience optimizing warehouse layout and distribution processes
