Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain 99%+ accuracy levels across all stock keeping units (SKUs).
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain a high-performance, safety-conscious team culture.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage space to maximize productivity and streamline operational flow.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and courier services to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits as required.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all outgoing fashion products meet brand requirements.
- Prepare periodic performance reports on warehouse efficiency, stock levels, and logistical costs for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably within the fashion or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Inventory Management Software (IMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage personnel effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and reducing operational waste.
