We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics operations at DINGTONG PRECISION (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels accurately using WMS and conduct regular stock counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven experience in managing inventory control systems and WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
