We aren't looking for a passive supervisor; we need a strategic problem-solver who takes full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain process.
As our Warehouse Manager, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading a team to exceed performance benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space utilization and operational workflows.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and strict stock control procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure a high-performance culture focused on safety and productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or distribution center operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with a solution-focused mindset.
